About Us
For generations, Misrak Ber Hotel Dukem has been the place Addis Ababa returns to when they want the real thing. Meat cut in-house daily. Spices ground the old way. Portions never designed for one.
What began as a family-run butchery on Gabon Street has grown into a beloved hotel and restaurant — but the soul has not changed. Every plate still starts at the butcher's block.
